• Tour cost is not inclusive of airfare or hotel.
• All invoices for tour participation must be paid prior to leaving the United States.

We are now offering several discounts for qualifying universities:

  • 2026 WIEC Attendee — 10% Off
    You, or a representative from your university, attended this year’s Washington International Education Conference.
  • First Time University — 7% Off
    This is your university’s first time joining us on a tour.
  • Multi-Tour — 5% Off
    You, or a representative from your university, joined us on a tour from this calendar year.
  • *Referral — 3% Off
    You referred a new university to register for a tour with us. (New university must be registered by time of payment for discount to apply.)

*Tour discounts cannot be combined with the exception of the Referral Discount, which may be applied, in addition, to whichever the highest other discount you qualify for.
